ALINA PACURARIU

Alina is an Associate with our firm. Alina graduated with a Bachelor of Laws (Hons) from the University of Canterbury in 2017 and with a Bachelor of Arts (Spanish and European Union Studies) in 2018. Alina worked as a District Court Judge’s Clerk for two years focusing on research and opinion writing. Alina was in-house counsel for a government agency for almost three years specialising in all aspects of child protection including youth justice, and began working at Joynt Andrews in June 2021. Alina has extensive experience appearing in the Family Court and is experienced in the court processes including being appointed as a Lawyer to Assist the court. Alina’s area of practice is all Family Law areas including Care of Children Act proceedings, Protection order issues and Oranga Tamariki matters and Relationship Property disputes.

Tessa is an experienced Family lawyer undertaking a wide variety of family law including Care of Children Act childcare day to day care and contact matters including urgent applications, guardianship disputes and Family Violence matters. Tessa is experienced in the Family Court processses and dispute resolution including Round Table Meetings.
